GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The contract between the customer and the hotel only exists once the reservation has been made.

Use of the website:

The use of the site for reservation purposes is only intended for people over 18 years of age, with the capacity to contract.

Online reservations:

The customer must take the time to carefully read the pricing information before making the online reservation. He also undertakes to complete the information requested on the reservation request and certifies the truth and accuracy of the information transmitted.

It is therefore up to the Customer to verify the accuracy of the reservation and to immediately report the hotel in the event of an error.

Reservations from other source:

Bookings can be made through other channels such as travel agencies, tour operators or other websites offering different terms and conditions. Please check with your source.

Payment terms and process:

The hotel accepts payment by cash (in euros only), credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), bank transfer and vacation vouchers.

A non refundable rate will be charged 100% of the amount due at the time of booking. Customers with a flexible rate must pay the balance in full on arrival by credit card, cash or vacation vouchers.

On arrival, customers must also pay the city tax of €5.20 per adult per day.

When booking by e-mail, it is possible to pay for the entire stay by bank transfer. The reservation will only be confirmed once the transfer has been made.

Cancellation and no-show:

Cancellation conditions are specific to each fare type and are indicated during the booking process.

Cancellations can be made directly on the booking sites, if it is a flexible offer.

Cancellations are not permitted for "Non-refundable" rates, because the full amount has been debited at the time of booking.

Dislodging:

In the event of force majeure or technical problems in the hotel, making the customer's stay impossible, the hotel will make every effort to find alternative accommodation. The hotel will cover the cost of relocation.

Rooms availability:

Rooms are made available to customers from 2 p.m., and must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

Customers must show proof of identity at check-in and complete an information form.

No-smoking policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Any infringement will be billed at €99.

Access to the rooms via the Direction:

Management and staff reserve the right to access rooms at any time for the purpose of inspecting rooms or carrying out maintenance or repair work.

Recommendations:

The customer undertakes not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to be prejudicial to the establishment, the hotelier reserving the right to intervene if necessary.

Departure formalities:

All rooms must be vacated and keys returned by 12 noon on the day of departure. No late departures will be accepted.

However, it is possible to leave the luggage and collect it later in the day.

Liability for damage:

It is the Customer's responsibility to take care of the room and its contents during their stay. Customers are reminded to ensure that their room is securely closed, as is the window, when they wish to leave their room.

Any damage not caused by the customer must be reported immediately to reception.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Customer information

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the subject to article L.612.2 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Code, has the right to submit a request for amicable resolution within a period of less than one year from the date of his or her written complaint to the professional.

HOTEL CENTRAL CHAMPOLLION has designated, by membership registered under registered under number 51837/VM/2311, SAS Médiation Solution as a consumer for consumer mediation.

To refer a matter to the mediator, the consumer must make his or her request:

- The name, address and registration number with Sas Médiation Solution, of the professional concerned,

- A brief statement of the facts,

- A copy of the prior complaint,

- All documents required to investigate the claim (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
